dc.description.abstractThe thesis was written to explore the influence of communication during the lessons of economy. The commutation has an important effect on learning process, motivation and atmosphere in class. The aim of the thesis was to describe and to evaluate the elements of the communication during the lessons of economy in Grammar school of Ivan Olbracht in Semily and College of Building and Traffic in Liberec. After a short introduction of communication as theory the thesis deals with the assertivity in educational environment. The barriers in an effective commutation are mentioned briefly. Grammar school of Ivan Olbracht in Semily and College of Building and Traffic in Liberec are summarized in the second chapter. The main emphasis of the thesis is pointed at the research of communication during the lessons of economy. The proposals and recommendations for the changes, which are based on the survey, might help better communication in the lessons of economy, are quoted in the conclusion.en
dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce byla vypracována za účelem zjištění vlivu komunikace na průběh vyučovací hodiny. Komunikace významně ovlivňuje proces učení, působí na motivaci a atmosféru ve třídě. Cílem práce bylo popsat a zhodnotit vybrané prvky komunikace v hodinách ekonomiky na Gymnáziu Ivana Olbrachta v Semilech a Střední škole stavební a dopravní v Liberci. Po teoretickém charakterizování komunikace se práce zabývá asertivitou v pedagogických podmínkách. Stručně jsou analyzovány překážky bránící efektivní komunikaci. Ve druhé kapitole jsou charakterizovány vybrané střední školy. Hlavní důraz práce klade na výzkum komunikace v hodinách ekonomiky. Závěrem jsou uvedeny návrhy a doporučení vyplývající z výsledků provedeného výzkumu, které by mohly napomoci lepšímu průběhu komunikace v hodinách ekonomiky.cs
