Abstract
Práce se zaměřuje na návrh modulárního sytému podvozku pro mobilní platformu AGV vozíku, který nabídne flexibilitu a škálovatelnost. Na základě analýzy a daných počátečních parametrů bude navržen koncept vozíku, který splní všechny požadavky a zaručí funkčnost navržené konstrukce. Zaměření je zde především na typ konstrukce podjezdového AGV, které se charakteristické svojí rovnou převozní plochou a malou celkovou výškou. Cílem je čistě konstrukční návrh konceptu, tudíž zde nebude nahrnuta ekonomická stránka věci. Práce zahrnuje vytvoření 3D modelové dokumentace, 2D výkresů pro navržený koncept.
The work focuses on the design of a modular chassis system for a mobile AGV platform, which will offer flexibility and scalability. Based on the analysis and given initial parameters, a concept of the cart will be designed that meets all requirements and guarantees the functionality of the designed structure. The focus here is primarily on the type of underpass AGV structure, which is characterized by its flat transport area and low overall height. The goal is a purely structural design of the concept, therefore the economic side of the matter will not be discussed here. The work includes the creation of 3D model documentation, 2D drawings for the designed concept.
