| dc.description.abstract | Kriminalita představuje závažný sociálně patologický problém. Vznik kriminality je ovlivněn mnoha rizikovými faktory, mezi které patří zneužívání návykových látek. Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou souvislosti zneužívání alkoholu a jiných návykových látek s kriminalitou. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části, a to na část teoretickou a část empirickou. V teoretické části práce uvedená charakteristika návykových látek včetně alkoholu je doplněna o vliv těchto látek na lidský organismus. Dále se teoretická část zabývá užíváním i zneužíváním těchto látek, dále tím, jak zneužívání těchto látek v různé míře ovlivňuje jednotlivé druhy kriminality. Empirickou část tvoří výzkum prováděný dotazníkovou metodou mezi žáky středních škol. Výzkum a analýza struktury spáchané trestné činnosti pod vlivem návykových látek mohou být užitečné pro navržená preventivní opatření při řešení kriminality ovlivněné alkoholem a jinými návykovými látkami. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract | The criminality is the serious social pathological problem. The origin of criminality is influenced by many hazardous factors and the abuse of addictive substance is one of them. The bachelor work deals with the problematics of the connection between the abuse of the alcohol and other addictive substances with the criminality. There are two parts: the theoretical and practical one. In the theoretical part, there is described the characteristic of the addictive substances including the alcohol and their effect on the human body. There is also covered the usage and the abuse of these substances and how the abuse of these substances influences the different kinds of criminality. The practical part is based on a survey among the students of the Secondary schools. The research and the analyses of the structure of the committed crime because of the usage of the addictive substances can be useful of proposed preventive measures at the solving of the crime that was influenced by the alcohol and the other addictive substances. | en |
