Abstract
Táto práca sa zaoberá elektrostatickým zvlákňovaním medicínskych polyuretánov. Cieľom práce je nájsť vhodný polyuretánový materiál pre spracovanie technológiou elektrostatického zvlákňovania. Teoretická časť je prevážne venovaná vysvetleniu princípu elektrostatického zvlákňovania a prehľadu polyuretánových materiálov. V experimentálnej časti práca skúma vplyv soli a úpravy sulfonáciou na vlastnosti roztokov a vytvorených nanovláknových vrstiev. Ďalej sa zaoberá stanovením vplyvu procesných parametrov na zvlákniteľnosť.
This thesis deals with the study of electrospinning of the medical polyurethanes.The goal of this thesis is to find a suitable polyurethane material for the electrospinning process. The theoretical part is mainly devoted to an explication of the electrospinning principle and to a summary of polyurethane materials. In the experimental part of the thesis is investigated an influence of salt and a modification by sulfonation on the properties of solutions and on the produced nanofibers webs. This part further deals with determination of an influence of processing parameters on the formation of the nanofibre.
