Abstract
Diplomová práce podrobně zkoumá a analyzuje hospodářské počínání společnosti STUDENT AGENCY. Skládá se z úvodu, literární rešerše, analyticko-výzkumné části a závěru. V úvodu autor popisuje motivy pro psaní této diplomové práce. Čtenář je zde dále v krátkosti seznámen s obsahem a nechybí ani cíle práce. Poté následuje literární rešerše tématu ekonomické, potažmo finanční a strategické analýzy. Dále je v analyticko výzkumné části provedena finanční analýza vybrané společnosti za roky 2007, 2008, 2009 a 2014, která zkoumá zejména finanční stabilitu a vliv celosvětové ekonomické krize. Poté je provedena strategická analýza, zabývající se interními a externími vlivy na společnost. Díky ní bylo možné sestavit SWOT analýzu, která slouží jako hlavní podklad pro návrhy na zlepšení ekonomické situace podniku. V závěru jsou shrnuta celková zjištění a přínos této diplomové práce.
The diploma thesis examines and analyzes the economic behavior of the company STUDENT AGENCY. It consists of an introduction, literature reviews, analytical research and conclusion. In the introduction, the author describes the motives for writing this thesis. In this part, the reader is also briefly acquainted with the content and objectives. It is followed by theoretic research of the economic, but also the financial and strategic analysis. Further on, a financial analysis of the chosen company in 2007, 2008, 2009 and 2014 is performed in the analytical research part, focusing on the financial stability and the impact of the global economic crisis in particular. A strategic analysis, which follows, is dealing with internal and external influences on the company. This made it possible to compile a SWOT analysis, which serves as the basis for proposals to improve the economic situation of the company. The conclusion summarizes the overall findings and the contribution of this thesis.
