Abstract
Na základě kontaktování firmy Nyklíček a spol.s.r.o. novým zahraničním partnerem je v rámci této bakalářské práce navrhnut projekt jejich vzájemné spolupráce. V teoretické části jsou uvedeny jednotlivé formy sdružování a spolupráce podniků, přínosy i rizika z těchto forem sdružování vyplývající. V praktické části je navržen projekt spolupráce se zahraničním partnerem formou outsorcingu. Jsou navrženy základní cíle a kroky k dosažení efektivní spolupráce přínosné pro oba partnery. Výsledky vzájemné spolupráce jsou ekonomicky zhodnoceny. V závěru je uveden celkový pohled na danou problematiku a shrnuty poznatky ze zavedení tohoto projektu do praxe.
On the basis of establishing contact between company Nyklíček & Co. Ltd. and new foreign business partner this bachelor essay suggest project of their cooperation. There are introduced some forms of fusion and cooperation of companies, the benefits even the risks arising from this cooperation in the theoretical part. In practical part there is suggested project of cooperation with foreign business partner in the form of outsorcing. There are set the basic aims and steps to reach effective cooperation for both partners. The results of mutual cooperation are economically analyzed. In conclusion there is introduced general view of this problem and there are summarized experience of setting up the project in practice.
