Abstract
Diplomová práce se zabývá aplikací technik cílené zpětné vazby v hodinách občanské výchovy na 2. stupni ZŠ s cílem pozitivním způsobem ovlivnit žákovo sebepojetí. V první části práce jsou vymezeny pojmy: hodnocení, teorie mindset a motivace. V následující kapitole je navrženo hodnocení ze strany učitele. Další část práce je věnována technikám cílené zpětné vazby a jejich vhodné a efektivní aplikaci v hodině občanské výchovy. Na závěr je navržen program, jak využívat cílenou zpětnou vazbu v hodině občanské výchovy s cílem rozvíjet v žákovi růstové nastavení mysli prostřednictvím hodnocení.
The thesis deals with the application of techniques of targeted feedback in civics on the second grade of primary school in order to positively influence the pupils´ perception of their own personality. The first part of the thesis defines these terms: evaluation, the theory of mindset and motivation. In the following chapter the evaluation by a teacher is suggested. The other part of the theses is devoted to the specific techniques of targeted feedback and their appropriate and efficient application in civics. Finally, the program of application of the targeted feedback in a class in order to develop the pupils´ growth mindset thanks to the teacher´s evaluation is designed.
