dc.description.abstractThe subject of the Master's thesis "The structure of the selection process of the technical and economic workers in the different enterprices" is to analyse the selection process in three enterprices and consider advantages and disadvantages from decided kind of the structure of the selection process. First part is dedicated to the theoretical definition of the problems with a recruitment and selection of the labour. Second part is practical with focus on description of the analysed enterprices, their history, products and structure of the selection process. Final part is dedicated to the analysis of the selection process in each company,to the proposition of the general structure and finally the recommendation of the improvement for each company.en
dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce s názvem "Struktura výběrového řízení technicko-hospodářských pracovníků ve vybraných podnicích" se zabývá analýzou struktur procesu výběrového řízení ve třech různých společnostech a posouzením přínosů a nedostatků plynoucích ze zvolených postupů při výběru zaměstnanců. První část je věnována teoretickému vymezení problematiky získávání pracovníků a výběrového řízení. Druhá praktická část se zaměřuje na popis tří různých firem, jejich historii, výrobní program a zejména strukturu výběrového řízení pracovníků. Závěrečná částá obsahuje zhodnocení jednotlivých postupů při výběru pracovníků, navržení obecné struktury a následně návrh vylepšení pro analyzované společnosti.cs
