Jako případová studie je zde použita Severokyperská turecká republika (TRNC). Hlavním cílem práce je ukázat jakým způsobem a s kým probíhají interakce mezi de facto státy a mezinárodním společenstvím. Druhotný cíl práce spočívá v nalezení důvodu, proč nedošlo k nalezení konsenzu ohledně řešení kyperského konfliktu, přestože obě strany projevují ochotu k jednání. | cs |

It is based on the case study of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC). The main goal of this thesis is to show how interactions between de facto states and the international system take place and to identify the actors of these interactions.
