dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou globalizace a mezinárodních aktivit společnosti Eleven sportswear. Cílem práce je doporučení vhodného způsobu vstupu společnosti na nový zahraniční trh, analýza vybraného trhu a doporučení potencionálních kroků, které by vedly k úspěšnému působení na daném trhu. Teoretická část se zabývá internacionalizací podniku se zaměřením na Evropskou unii, a vybranými formami vstupu na zahraniční trhy. Praktická část přibližuje společnost Eleven sportswear se zaměřením na její zahraniční aktivity, a zkoumá potenciálně vhodné zahraniční trhy. Na závěr jsou popsána doporučení pro společnost Eleven sportswear, kterými by se mohla společnost řídit pro úspěšný vstup na konkrétní zahraniční trh.cs
dc.description.abstractThis Bachelor thesis deals with the matters of globalization and international activities of the company, Eleven Sportswear. The aim of the thesis is to recommend a suitable way of entering the company into a new foreign market. Furthermore, studies of the selected market and potential recommendations will be analysed, which would lead to a successful operation on the market. The theoretical part deals with the internationalization of the company with a focus on the European Union and selected forms of entry to foreign markets. The practical part introduces Eleven Sportswear with a focus on its foreign activities and explores potentially suitable foreign markets. In conclusion, recommendations are described for Eleven Sportswear. These are suggested as a strategy to be used by the company to successfully enter a specific foreign market.en
