Abstract
Předmětem této diplomové práce je analýza a vyhodnocení nového realizovaného investičního projektu ve firmě Ingserviss-plast s.r.o., se sídlem v Oldřichově v Hájích. Firma analyzuje možnosti nového výrobní programu od zahraničního obchodního partnera, který bude realizován v průběhu roku 2012. K ekonomickému hodnocení investice byly využity poznatky popsané v odborné literatuře o investicích. Firma posuzuje ekonomické efektivnosti investice pomocí implementace statických a dynamických metod hodnocení. Tyto metody byly aplikovány na daný projekt a byla provedena analýza nákladů a výnosů včetně určení plánovaných peněžních toků hotovosti. Diplomová práce hodnotí investiční záměr pomocí metody čisté současné hodnoty, vnitřního výnosového procenta, indexu rentability a závěrečném posouzení výnosnosti a rizikovosti investice
The main aim of the dissertation is the analysis and the conclusion of the project which was started in 2011 and the main progress is ongoing process in 2012. The project has been realizing in Ingserviss-plast s.r.o. company based in Oldrichov v Hajich. The company concerns all possible options to improve and upgrade the machines in the workshop with the reflection of increasing capacity for 2012 due to new requirements from business partners. I have used special economical books to make and achieve precise economical conclusions for the project.The company concerns economical efficiency according to the balance between static and dynamic methods of the verification. These methods have been applied for overall project features to get cost analyze, complete breakdown of the margin range and optimal cash-flow. The dissertation has been verifying the intention of the company according to method of net present value, internal rate of return, return on investment and finally the dissertation reviews profitability and risk analyzes.
