Abstract
Diplomová práce je zaměřena na téma ekonomické zhodnocení investice do automatizace účtování vybraných účetních dokladů ve společnosti Knorr-Bremse Business Services s.r.o. Teoretická část práce se zabývá pojmy souvisejícími s účetnictvím, digitalizací a automatizací. Praktická část je zaměřena na konkrétní společnost, která je v úvodu této části představena spolu s její organizační strukturou a službami, které poskytuje. Následuje popis současného systému účtování přijatých dokladů a popis účtování v systému sloužící k automatizaci zpracovávání přijatých dokladů. Závěr práce je zaměřen na ekonomické zhodnocení investice do inovace, na jehož základě jsou následně představeny jeho přínosy a problémy, které z toho vyplývají. V závěru jsou uvedeny návrhy a doporučení pro dosažení lepších výsledků.
The thesis focuses on the economic evaluation of the investment in automation of accounting regarding selected accounting documents, in the company Knorr-Bremse Business Services s.r.o. The theoretical part of the thesis deals with concepts related to accounting, digitalization and automation. The practical part focuses on a specific company, which is introduced in the beginning of this part together with its organizational structure and the services it provides. This is followed by a description of the current accounting system for receipts and a description of the accounting system used to automate the processing of receipts. The thesis concludes with an economic evaluation of the investment in the innovation, which is then used to present the benefits and the problems that arise from it. Suggestions and recommendations for achieving better results are given in the conclusion.
