Abstract
Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na problematiku prekarizace práce jak v globální rovině, tak se zaměřením na Českou republiku. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části. První z nich se zabývá historickým vývojem fenoménu prekarizace práce a jsou zde popsána různá vymezení prekérní práce. Druhá část práce se věnuje způsobu, jakým prekarizace práce proměňuje vztah mezi zaměstnancem a zaměstnavatelem v rámci pracovněprávních vztahů a je zde popsán vliv prekérní formy zaměstnání na osobní život prekarizovaných.
The bachelor thesis focuses on the issue of precarization of work both globally and with a focus on the Czech Republic. This work is divided into two parts. The first of them deals with the historical development of the phenomenon of precarious work and various definitions of precarious work are described here. The second part of the thesis deals with the way in which precarious labour transforms the relationship between employee and employer within labour law relations and describes the influence of precarious forms of employment on the personal life of precarizated people.
