dc.description.abstractThe thesis is mapping the area of Enterprise Content Management. Common objective is to survey the possibilities and the concept of ECM solution, to survey the development and current state of the ECM market, to provide an overview of ECM applications on the market and to help organizations in matters of the establishment of ECM. In the first chapter, it dismantled the current state of the area of ECM, namely in terms of organization and in terms of literature. Chapter ECM and its inclusion in the company examines the role of ECM in the enterprise value chain and its position within the application architecture of enterprise information system (IS). Chapter Data, information, knowledge and content deals with the definition of these terms. The fourth chapter specifies the concept of ECM and tools that ECM solution consists of. The chapter ECM Market describes the ECM market history, development and trends in the ECM market, gives overview of products on the market. Penultimate chapter provides recommendations for the organization implementing of ECM solution. In the last chapter are listed the benefits to the organization after the implementation of ECM solutions. In conclusion, the work shall be evaluated if its benefits reach the objective set out in the introduction.en
dc.description.abstractObsahem diplomové práce je zmapování oblasti Enterprise Content Managementu, neboli správy podnikového obsahu. Cílem je ucelit obecný přehled o možnostech a konceptu ECM řešení, o vývoji a současném stavu trhu ECM, poskytnout přehled aplikací na trhu ECM a pomoci organizacím v otázkách zavedení ECM. V první kapitole je rozebrán současný stav ECM, a sice z hlediska organizací a z hlediska literatury. Kapitola ECM a jeho zařazení v podniku rozebírá roli ECM v hodnotovém řetězci podniku a jeho postavení v rámci aplikační architektury podnikového informačního systému (IS). Kapitola Data, informace, znalosti a obsah se zabývá definováním těchto pojmů. Ve čtvrté kapitole je specifikován koncept ECM a nástroje ze kterých se skládá. V kapitole Trh ECM je popsána historie, vývoj a trendy na trhu ECM, přehled produktů na trhu. Předposlední kapitola poskytuje doporučení pro organizace co se týče zavádění ECM řešení. V poslední kapitole jsou vyčteny přínosy pro organizace po zavedení ECM řešení. V závěru práce jsou zhodnoceny její přínosy a dosažení cíle stanoveného v úvodu.cs
