Abstract
Tato bakalářská práce si klade za cíl zhodnotit finanční působení vybraného podniku působícího v sektoru služeb a následně doporučit několik návrhů na možné zlepšení finanční situace daného podniku prostřednictvím vybraných metod finanční analýzy. Teoretická část se nejprve věnuje bližšímu vysvětlení problematiky finanční analýzy. Popisuje různé typy finanční analýzy, historii využití, její zdroje či uživatele. V další části jsou popsány konkrétní metody využívané k jejímu provedení. V praktické části je přiblížen vybraný podnik, jímž jsou Lázně Libverda, a.s., poskytující lázeňskou péči a vybrané konkurenční podniky. Na základě účetních výkazů z období 2016-2022 jsou posléze vypočítány pro tento podnik vybrané ukazatele finanční analýzy. Po jejich lepší interpretaci jsou taktéž porovnány s hodnotami dvou zvolených konkurenčních podniků. Na závěr jsou předloženy návrhy, které by mohly napomoci ke zlepšení finančního zdraví zvoleného subjektu.
This bachelor thesis aims to evaluate the financial performance of a selected company operating in the service sector and then to recommend several proposals for possible improvement of the company's financial situation through selected methods of financial analysis. The theoretical part is firstly devoted to a more detailed explanation of financial analysis. It describes the different types of financial analysis, its history of use, sources, and users. The next part describes the specific methods used to perform it. The selected enterprise, Lázně Libverda, A.S., providing spa care, and selected competing enterprises are presented in the practical part. Based on the financial statements from 2016-2022, selected financial analysis indicators are calculated for this enterprise. After their better interpretation, they are also compared with the values of two selected competing enterprises. Finally, suggestions are presented that could help improve the selected entity's financial health.
