Abstract
Diplomová práce je zaměřena na návrh experimentu v aplikaci nemačkavých úprav na lněné textilie a vyhodnocení kvality těchto úprav pro dosažení optimálního výsledku charakterizovaného vhodným typem a koncentrací prostředků.Teoretická část práce zahrnuje rešerši zaměřenou na přehled prostředků používající se pro nemačkavé úpravy a jejich dosavadní aplikaci na lněné textilie. V experimentální části jsou navrženy úpravnické lázně o různých složeních a koncentracích prostředků, které jsou aplikovány na tři lněné materiály. Jejich kvalita je hodnocena inovovanou metodou stanovení mačkavosti pomocí úhlu zotavení s ohledem na negativní dopad úpravy na pevnost a ohybovou tuhost materiálu. Ztráta pevnosti je hodnocena metodou Strip na přístroji Testometric M350-5CT a změna ohybové tuhosti měřením ohybové síly na přístroji TH7.
The master thesis is focused on the experiment in application of wrinkle resistant finishes on linen textiles and evaluation the quality of these modifications in order to achieve the optimal result characterized by appropriate type and concentration of agents.The theoretical part of the thesis includes research focused on the overview of the agents used in the modifications and their application on linen textiles. In the experimental part, finishing baths are designed with different compositions and concentrations of agents and they are applied to three types of linen fabrics. Their quality is assessed using the innovative method for detecting of the recovery angle considering the negative impact on the fabric strength and rigidity. The loss of tensile strength is assessed using the Strip method on Testometric M350-5CT device and the change in fabric rigidity is assessed by measuring bending rigidity on the TH7 device.
