Abstract
Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na studium konstrukce a struktury listových tkanin určených pro skotské kilty, které jsou vyrobené a ušité ve Skotsku. Popisuje jejich možnosti barevného a vazebného vzorování. Konstrukční řešení experimentálních sad vychází z parametrů určených pro skotské kilty.
BP je rozdělena do dvou částí. V první části bylo použito konstrukční řešení tkaniny vyrobené ve Skotsku. V druhé experimentální části byly vytvořeny vlastní vzorky tkanin zaměřené na změnu vazební a barevného házení.
Barevné vzorování bylo u experimentální sady navrženo vlastní.
Všechny vzorky tkanin byly vyrobeny v laboratořích KTT FT TUL na jehlovém tkacím stroji CCI s listovým prošlupním mechanizmem.
Z vyrobené tkaniny byl švadlenou ručně ušit Malý kilt.
This bachelor thesis focuses on the study of the construction and structure of dobby woven fabrics for authentic Scottish kilts, which are manufactured and sewn in Scotland. It describes their possibilities for colour and weave patterning. The design solutions for the experimental fabric sets are based on parameters specified for authentic Scottish kilts. The thesis is divided into two parts. The first part uses the fabric construction solution made in Scotland. The second experimental part involved creating custom fabric samples focusing on changes in weave structure and colon patterns. The color patterning for the experimental set was its own design. All fabric samples were produced in the laboratories of the KTT FT TUL on a rapier weaving machine CCI with a dobby shedding mechanism. From the produced fabric, a small kilt was hand-sewn by a seamstress.
