dc.description.abstractThe purpose of this Bachelor's thesis was to describe the competencies of a special instructor's work in a selected social services facility and to describe the importance and specifics of a special instructor's work in relation to ensuring the quality of provided social services.In order to fulfil the purpose, in the theoretical part of the work the professional terms special education, special educational prevention, diagnostics, therapy, advice, special instructor's personality and education, quality of social services, competencies and educational competencies were defined.In the practical part of the Bachelor's work, the author focused on examination of which competencies a special instructor has at the Jedličkův ústav, příspěvková organizace (Jedlička Institute, contributory organisation), how these competencies are used in practice, what their importance is and what influence they have on the quality of the provided social services as part of the residential services at this facility. The author carried out this examination from the point of view of a special instructor and from the point of view of social service employees in the direct care of the residential services. The author then added an analysis of the documentation of users of residential and social services related to the planning of social services and protection of rights. The author also used her own experience from four years of work related to the residential services provided by this facility.en
dc.description.abstractCílem bakalářské práce bylo popsat kompetence práce speciálního pedagoga ve vybraném pobytovém zařízení sociálních služeb, popsat význam a specifika práce speciálního pedagoga v souvislosti se zajišťováním kvality poskytovaných sociálních služeb.K naplnění cíle byly v teoretické části práce definovány odborné pojmy speciální pedagogika, speciálně pedagogická prevence, diagnostika, terapie, poradenství, osobnost a vzdělávání speciálního pedagoga, kvalita sociálních služeb, kompetence a pedagogické kompetence.V praktické části bakalářské práce se autorka zabývala šetřením, jaké kompetence má speciální pedagog v Jedličkově ústavu, příspěvkové organizaci, jak jsou tyto kompetence využívány v praxi a jaký význam a vliv mají na kvalitu poskytovaných sociálních služeb v pobytových službách tohoto zařízení. Toto šetření provedla autorka z pohledu speciálního pedagoga a  z pohledu pracovníků sociálních služeb v přímé péči pobytových služeb. Autorka doplnila toto šetření o analýzu dokumentace uživatelů sociálních služeb v pobytové službě v oblasti plánování sociálních služeb a ochrany práv. Dále autorka využila vlastní zkušenosti ze čtyřleté práce v pobytové službě tohoto zařízení.cs
