Abstract
Tato bakalářská práce se zaobírá tématikou mezinárodní expanze podniku a jejím vlivem na diverzifikaci výroby a vnitropodnikových aktivit. Zahajuje ji teoretická rešerše, která uvádí do problematiky podniku, definuje jeho cíle, řízení podniku a výroby, diverzifikaci podniku a možnosti hodnocení finančního stavu podniku. Navazuje vymezením mezinárodní expanze, jejích forem a faktorů ovlivňujících výběr formy vstupu na mezinárodní trh. Druhá část práce je analytická. Představuje vybraný podnik, jeho profil a formu mezinárodní expanze. Zaobírá se diverzifikací výroby a vnitropodnikových činností způsobenou vlivem mezinárodní expanze. Jmenuje a popisuje jednotlivé změny a přináší finanční stránku a analýzu celé situace. Cílem práce je posoudit a zhodnotit, jaký vliv může mít mezinárodní expanze na změny podnikových činností.
This bachelor thesis deals with the topic of the international expansion of the company and its impact on the diversification of production and internal activities. It is initiated by a theoretical part that introduces the company, defines its objectives, management of the company and production, diversification of the company and possibilities of evaluating the financial condition of the company. It continues with the definition of international expansion, its forms and factors influencing choice of entering the international market. The second part of the work is analytical. It represents the selected company, its profile and the form of international expansion. It deals with the diversification of production and internal activities caused by the international expansion. It names and describes the changes and brings the financial side and analysis of the situation. The aim of the thesis is to assess and evaluate the impact that international expansion can have on changes in business activities.
