dc.description.abstractThe Diploma Thesis entitled "Purchase of Spare Parts" provides an opportunity to look into the "backstage" of the area of spare parts purchase in a modern industrial corporation.The first part of the thesis is a collection of basic facts about the company, the Škoda spare parts and their purchase. The next part focuses on an analysis of the integration of spare parts purchase into the organizational structure as well as a description of spare parts purchase procedures. It also deals with the responsibilities of a spare parts purchaser and the system support for purchase.The aim of the Diploma Thesis is to analyse the present conditions and, first of all, to point out certain deficiencies in the examined area.In the end the thesis presents some recommendations that might contribute to the elimination of negative factors and positively influence the overall results in the area of spare part purchase.In addition, it refers to perspectives and goals of spare parts purchase for the future.en
dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce Nákup náhradních dílů umožňuje nahlédnout do zákulisí oblasti nákupu náhradních dílů v moderním průmyslovém podniku.První část práce je souborem základních informací o firmě, o náhradních dílech Škoda, o nákupu náhradních dílů. DP se v další části zaměřuje na analýzu začlenění oddělení nákupu náhradních dílů do organizační struktury, na popis činností při nákupu ND, pojednává o nákupčím ND a systémové podpoře nákupu ND.Cílem DP je analyzovat současné stav a především upozornit na jisté nedostatky ve zkoumané oblasti.Závěrem jsou uvedena některá doporučení, která by mohla přispět k odstranění negativních skutečností a pozitivně ovlivnit celkové výsledky v oblasti nákupu ND, rovněž je poukázáno na perspektivy a cíle nákupu ND do budoucna.cs
