Abstract
Tato bakalářská práce zkoumá vliv pandemie Covid-19 na bankovní sektor. Pro posouzení
dopadů pandemie je bankovní sektor zastoupen případovou studií společnosti Komerční
banka, a.s. Práce se zaměřuje na podstatné oblasti bankovnictví a jejich vývoj před a během
pandemie. Pro demonstraci vlivu je zahrnuta také predikce alternativního vývoje bez zásahu
pandemie Covid-19. Skutečný a alternativní vývoj je porovnán pomocí bazického indexu
pro určení rozdílů. Součástí práce je také dotazníkové šetření zaměřené na zjištění vlivu
pandemie Covid-19 z pohledu klienta banky.
This Bachelor thesis examines the effect of the Covid-19 pandemic on the banking sector. For the assessment of the effects of the pandemic, the banking sector is represented by a case study of Komerční banka, a.s. The thesis focuses on the essential areas of banking and their evolution before and during the pandemic. Also includes for the demonstration of influence is the prediction of alternative development without the intervention of the Covid-19 pandemic. Actual and alternative developments are compared using a basis index to determine differences. The work also includes a questionnaire investigation aimed at determining the influence of the Covid-19 pandemic from the perspective of the bank's client.
