Abstract
Bakalářská práce se v první teoretické části zabývá informačními systémy, informačním tokem a metodami vývoje informačních systémů. Druhá, praktická část, se věnuje současnému stavu informačního toku v podniku a jeho vylepšení v podobě implementace aplikace eEscalation. V práci jsou detailně popsány funkcionality a problémy této aplikace. Dále se práce soustředí na shrnutí informačního toku, jak byl prováděn v minulosti a jak se změnil po zavedení aplikace v podniku ZF Aftermarket Frýdlant s.r.o. V závěru práce je uvedeno kritické zhodnocení aplikace a návrhy vylepšení, které byly předány vývojářům.
This bachelor thesis deals with information systems, information flow, and methods of developing information systems in the first theoretical part. The second, practical part, focuses on the current state of information flow in the company and its improvement through the eEscalation application. This thesis describes in detail the functionalities and problems of the application. Furthermore, it summarizes the information flow as it was carried out in the past and how it has changed after the implementation of the eEscalation application in the ZF Aftermarket Frýdlant s.r.o. company. The conclusion of the thesis includes a critical evaluation of the application and proposals for improvement, which were handed over to the developers.
