dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na optimalizaci vnitrofiremní komunikace vybraného podniku TI Group Automotive Systems, s.r.o.. Skládá se z úvodu, literární rešerše, empirické části a závěru. V úvodu autorka popisuje motivy pro výběr tématu, psaní práce a čtenáři nastiňuje, s čím bude v průběhu práce seznámen. Následuje literární rešerše obsahující teoretické poznatky a definice. Práce uvádí formy a typy komunikace, složky ovlivňující její vnitrofiremní podobu včetně charakteru zaměstnanců a možných bariér. V empirické části je pak představena vybraná společnost a její organizační struktura. Část obsahuje analýzu stávajícího systému komunikace a na základě něj jsou pak navrženy elementy optimalizace vnitropodnikové komunikace. Stěžejním prvkem zefektivnění komunikace je vnitrofiremní časopis jakožto pojítko mezi částí výrobní a administrativní. V závěru jsou shrnuty celkové nálezy a přínosy této práce.	cs
dc.description.abstract	The diploma thesis focuses on optimisation intercompany communication of the choosed company TI Group Automotive Systems, ltd.. It consists of an intoduction, literature reviews, empirical part and conclusion. In the introduction, the authoress describes the motives for selection of this topic, writing of this thesis and outlines what the reader is going to know regarding the thesis. It is followed by literature reviews, which consists of theoretical findings and definitions. The thesis states forms and types of communication, parts, which affects intercompany communication including characters of employees and possible barriers. In empirical part of thesis is introduced the company and organizational structure. This part containes analysis current system of communication and based on this are proposed elements of optimisation intercompany communication. The main element of bigger effectiveness of communication is intercompany journal as connection of production and administration part in the company. The conclusion summarizes overall findings and the acquisitons of this thesis.	en
