Abstract
Diplomová práce se zabývá hodnocením vztahu mezi vazbou tkaniny a komfortními vlastnostmi. Cílem je pozorovat vliv vazby tkaniny na komfortní vlastnosti a následné popsání těchto vztahů.Rešeršní část je věnována základní charakteristice textilie se zaměřením na strukturu tkaniny. V práci jsou popsány parametry staplové příze a vlastnosti tkaniny. Důležitou část tvoří porosita a její ovlivnění vazbou tkaniny. Rovněž jsou zde popsány měřené komfortní vlastnosti s možnostmi experimentálního měření. Sledované komfortní vlastnosti jsou prodyšnost, relativní paro-propustnost, výparný odpor, měrná tepelná vodivost, plošný odpor vedení tepla a tepelná jímavost.V experimentální části jsou vypočteny rozdílné modely pro predikci porosity. Tyto modely jsou aplikovány na experimentální tkaniny a jsou hledány korelace s naměřenými hodnotami dílčích komfortních vlastností. Na závěr je také hodnocen vliv rozdílného materiálu, dostavy a jemnosti příze na komfortní vlastnosti.
The thesis deals with evaluation of relationship between weave structure and comfort properties. The aim is to observe the influence of the weave structure on the comfort properties and further descriptions of these relationships.Theoretical part is dedicated to description of basic characteristic of textile with focus on fabric structure. In this section are described the properties of staple yarns and fabrics. Important part stands for porosity and how it is influenced by the weave structure. Comfort properties together with the possibility of experimental measurements are also described. The evaluated comfort properties are air permeability, relative water vapour permeability, water vapour resistance, thermal conductivity, heat resistance and thermal absorptivity.Experimental part contains different calculated models for porosity prediction. These models are applied on experimental fabrics and correlations are searched with measured values of particular comfort properties. Finally, the influence of the different material, yarn setting and count on the comfort properties is also evaluated.
