Abstract
Bakalářská práce s názvem Hodnocení finanční výkonnosti vybraného podniku se zabývá využitím a výhodami finanční analýzy v podnikové praxi. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části, které na sebe navazují. V teoretické části jsou vysvětleny základní pojmy, objasněn význam finanční analýzy, jací jsou její uživatelé, jaké jsou výkazy, z nichž jsou čerpány vstupní informace. Teoretická část dále obsahuje podrobnou charakteristiku metod a ukazatelů. Následná praktická část nejprve charakterizuje vybraný podnik XY, na který jsou jednotlivé ukazatele, zejména absolutní a poměrové, aplikovány. Analýza je provedena u třech po sobě jdoucích účetních období, výsledek měření je následně interpretován v tabulce. Pro komparativní analýzu je následně provedeno porovnání vybraných ukazatelů podniku XY s odvětvím, ve kterém podnik vykazuje nejvyšší tržby, a tím je automobilový průmysl. Závěrem jsou výsledky finanční analýzy souhrnně vyhodnoceny a navržena doporučení pro zlepšení finančního zdraví podniku.
The bachelor thesis with the title The evaluation of financial performance of the selected enterprise deals with the usage and advantages of financial analysis in business practice. The thesis is divided into two parts which are connected. In the theoretical part, the basic terms are explained, the meaning of financial analysis is clarified, how its users are like, how the statements are like, from which the incoming information are extracted. The theoretical part also includes a detailed characteristic of methods and indicators. The subsequent practical part characterizes the selected XY company at first, on which certain indicators, mainly absolute and relative, are applied. The analysis is performed on three consecutive accounting periods; the result of the measurement is interpreted in a table subsequently. For comparative analysis, the comparison of selected indicators of the XY company with an industry, in which the company shows the highest sales, and that is the automotive industry, is realized. In conclusion the results of the financial analysis are evaluated in summary and the recommendations for the improvement of a financial health of the company are suggested.
