dc.description.abstract	Tato diplomová práce nastiňuje strategický význam Iniciativy Trojmoří a přínosy, které střední a východní Evropě přináší. K hlavním oblastem, na které tento subregion zaměřuje svou pozornost, patří posílení energetické bezpečnosti a rozvoj dopravní a komunikační infrastruktury. Práce popisuje možnost zvýšené atraktivity celého subregionu a potenciál následného zvýšení sklonu k investicím. Předmětem zkoumání předkládané diplomové práce je také různý pohled teorií mezinárodních vztahů na Iniciativu Trojmoří a zainteresované subjekty. Práce je dále zaměřena na soupeření světových mocností o vliv na oblast Iniciativy Trojmoří. O toto území v současné době soupeří nejen USA a Rusko, ale i Čína. Právě tento souboj umocňuje zájem zbytku EU se o tento subregion zajímat, podporovat jej v rozvoji a eliminovat hrozby vlivu jiných mocností.	cs
dc.description.abstract	This thesis outlines the strategic importance of the Three Seas Initiative and the benefits that it brings to Central and Eastern Europe. The main areas of focus of this region are the strenghtening of energy security and the development of transport and communication infrastructure. This thesis describes the opportunity to increase the attractiveness of the subregin and the potential of a consequential increase of investment. The subject of the presented thesis is also an examination of the Three Seas Initiative and interested parties from the international relations point of view. This thesis further focuses on the competition between the world´s dominant powers for influence in the Three Seas Initiative region. The USA, Russia and also China are currently competing for this influence. This competition is a driver for focus of other EU countries to support the development in this region in order to eliminate the danger of influence of other global powers in this region.	en
