dc.description.abstractThe diploma work deals with the use of information systems in water supply engineering, in the concrete example of Severočeská vodárenská společnost a.s. (SVS) It involves the description of the separated model of the water infrastructure and the prospectus, which form the frame of activities of the joint-stock company SVS. In addition, the work describes the range of information support of owner company as well as the operator company (Severočeké vodovody a kanalizace, a.s. - SčVK). The description consists of the list of information systems used, their link and integration. The owner gives priority to Business Navigation System (BNS). Its implementation in the owner company is ongoing. The second part of diploma work places a proposal. It deals with selected processes and activities of the owner company. The proposal solves concrete partial tasks which are connected with the process of strategic management and investments. The key indicators and key projects are suggested as a standard component of the method implemented Balanced Scorecard (BSC), the dimensions of the strategic module of BNS system application and the tool for choosing the build for concretization are projected. The work also outlines the way of implementing BSC method and BNS applications under the specific conditions of SVS. Both should support strategic management and a further development in implementing these tools for the selection of builds as a support of investment process.en
dc.description.abstractPráce se zabývá využitím informačních systémů ve vodárenství, v konkrétním prostředí Severočeské vodárenské společnosti a.s. (SVS) Obsažen je popis odděleného modelu provozování vodohospodářské infrastruktury a podnikatelského záměru, které tvoří rámec činnosti vlastnické společnosti (SVS). Dále je v hrubých rysech popsán rozsah informační podpory vlastnické i provozní společnosti (Severočeské vodovody a kanalizace, a.s. -SčVK) sestávající z výčtu využívaných informačních systémů, jejich vazeb a integrace. U vlastnické společnosti je kladen důraz na systém BNS, jehož implementace ve společnosti právě probíhá. Návrhová část se týká pouze vybraných procesů a činností vlastnické společnosti. Řešeny jsou konkrétní dílčí úkoly související s procesem strategického řízení a investičním procesem. Navrženy jsou klíčové ukazatele a klíčové projekty jako standardní prvek implementované metody Balanced Scorecard, hierarchie dimenzí strategického modulu aplikace systému BNS a nástroje pro výběr staveb k realizaci. Naznačen je také další postup implementace metody BSC a aplikace BNS v podmínkách SVS, jako podpory strategického řízení a další postup zavedení nástrojů pro výběr staveb jako podpory investičního procesu.cs
