dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se zabývá identifikací faktorů úspěšnosti firmy Škoda Auto, a. s. působící v mezinárodním prostředí. První část diplomové práce zahrnuje teoretická východiska, zejména vymezení pojmu úspěch a klíčových faktorů úspěšnosti. Následně jsou blíže charakterizována prostředí firmy včetně analytických nástrojů. V závěru teoretické části práce je vymezen pojem mezinárodní obchod a mezinárodní trh, včetně dopadů Covidu-19 a války na Ukrajině na mezinárodní obchodní prostředí a na firmu Škoda Auto, a. s. Cílem je na základě identifikace faktorů úspěšnosti firmy Škoda Auto, a. s. působící v mezinárodním prostředí zhodnotit dané faktory a navrhnout vhodná doporučení, která pomůžou firmě maximalizovat její konkurenceschopnost a úspěšnost na mezinárodním trhu. V praktické části práce jsou provedeny podrobné analýzy prostředí firmy a na základě provedených analýz jsou identifikovány faktory úspěšnosti firmy. Následuje dotazníkové šetření, jehož výsledky poskytují lepší porozumění a vnímání daných faktorů úspěšnosti. V závěru práce jsou zhodnoceny výzkumné otázky a navrhnuta doporučení vyplývající ze získaných poznatků z analýz a dotazníkového šetření.	cs
dc.description.abstract	The diploma thesis deals with the identification of the success factors of the company Škoda Auto, a. s. operating in an international environment. The first part includes theoretical basis, in particular the definition of the concept of success and key factors of success. Subsequently, is characterized the company's environment, including analytical tools. In the conclusion of the theoretical part is defined the concept of international trade and the international market, including the impact of Covid-19 and the war in Ukraine on the international business environment and the Škoda Auto, a. s. The goal is based on the identification of the success factors of the company Škoda Auto, a. s. operating in an international environment, evaluate the given factors and propose suitable recommendations that will help the company to maximize its competitiveness and success in the international market. The practical part contains detailed analyzes of the company environment and based on that are the success factors identified. Then is followed the questionnaire survey, and the results provide a better understanding and perception of the given success factors. At the end of the thesis, are evaluated the research questions and proposed the recommendations resulting from the findings.	en
