dc.description.abstractSystém GIS (Geografický informační systém) umožňuje uchovávat a zpracovávat data vztahující se k určité oblasti. Cílem práce bylo na základě povrchové sítě konkrétní oblasti generované systémem GIS vytvořit síť trojrozměrných elementů a ostatní vstupní soubory tak, aby je bylo možno využít pro modelování podzemního proudění v dané oblasti pomocí programů GENFLOW a FLOW123D vyvíjených na katedře modelování procesů. V rámci práce byla vytvořena počítačová aplikace {\clqq}Generátor souborů 3D sítí``, která z připravených povrchových dat souborů GIS bude generovat síť trojrozměrných elementů oblasti. Vytvářet soubory elementů, materiálových vlastností a okrajových podmínek vztahujících se k zadané oblasti v závislosti na vstupních požadavcích programů GENFLOW a FLOW123D. Vlastní text této práce obsahuje informace o modelování podzemního proudění, o geologických datech zkoumané oblasti, dále popis generovaných souborů a seznamuje s tvorbou počítačové aplikace a jejím ovládáním.cs
dc.description.abstractSystem GIS (Geographic informative system) enables us to store and work a data applyed to the certain area. The aim of the work was to create the mesh of threedimensional elements and other entrance files on the base of surface mesh of the certain area generated by the GIS system, so that to by able to use them for modeling underground flows in the given area with use of GENFLOW and FLOW123D programs developed on department of modeling processes. In the theme of work, there was created computer application {\clqq}Files generator of 3D mesh`` which will generating a mesh of 3D elements of area from prepared surface data of GIS files. Create files of elements, material charakter and boundary conditions refering to given area in relation to intrance requirements of GENFLOW and FLOW123D programs. Proper text of these work contains informations about modeling underground flows, about geologic data of the explored area, describe of generated files and introduce us the work of compiuter application and with their useing.en
