dc.description.abstractThe aim of this thesis is to analyze beginning, development and current situation of collective investment in the Czech Republic. It analyzes the basic principles and importance of this industry, the main benefits and disadvatages of fund investment, the gradual laws development and the regulation purposes. The thesis also distinguishes existing legal subjects of the collective investment industry and characterizes individual fund categories. The paper also includes the performance analysis of several selected money market funds, bond funds, balanced funds and equity funds during various periods. Further, the thesis analyzes impact of the recent global financial crisis for investment fund industry in the Czech Republic focusing on both the total net outflows and partial net outflows of individual fund categories. It also demonstrates the open-end shares funds assets development and investment portfolio changes during the given period.en
dc.description.abstractTato diplomová práce si klade za cíl analyzovat vznik, vývoj a současný stav kolektivního investování v České republice. Analyzuje základní podstatu a význam tohoto odvětví, hlavní výhody a nevýhody investic do fondů, postupný vývoj legislativy a účel samoregulace. Práce také charakterizuje existující právní subjekty kolektivního investování i jednotlivé typy fondů. Součástí práce je i analýza výkonností několika vybraných peněžních, dluhopisových, smíšených a akciových fondů za různá období. Práce dále analyzuje dopady nedávné celosvětové finanční recese na odvětví kolektivního investování v České republice se zaměřením na jak celkové ztráty investic, tak i dílčí ztráty jednotlivých kategorií fondů. Dále je analyzován i vývoj majetku v otevřených podílových fondech a změna struktury investic v daném období.cs
