dc.description.abstractThis dissertation deals with the problem of environmental costs and it applies theoretical findings to the project of a sewage system in village called Světlá pod Ještědem. The diploma work is subdivided from the most theoretical facts till the practical solution of a public sector problem. Its aim is to present the professional terms within the frame of the problematic and the detail characteristics of the sewerage system project. The first chapter is all theoretical and it presents the definitions of general concepts. It engages closely also the problematic of externalities and their internalization. The second chapter defines the general theory of costs and the ways of formulation and valuation of costs in managerial accounting. The third part characterizes the demands on controlling of the environmental costs and profits useful for decision-making of the management. The last chapter solves the problem of sewerage system in Světlá pod Ještědem. Furthermore it deals with the original concepts of solution, with the elaborated project of the sewerage system of three parts of the village established for realization and with the pilot project of the sewerage system of the remaining parts.en
dc.description.abstractPředkládaná diplomová práce řeší problematiku environmentálních nákladů a teoretické poznatky aplikuje na projekt odkanalizování obce Světlá pod Ještědem. Svou povahou je členěna od nejteoretičtějších faktů k praktickému řešení projektu z veřejného sektoru. Jejím cílem je seznámení s odbornými pojmy v rámci výše uvedené problematiky a s detailní charakteristikou projektu odkanalizování obce. První kapitola je ryze teoretická a zabývá se definicí obecných pojmů. Podrobně se zabývá také problematikou externalit a jejich internalizace. Druhá kapitola vymezuje obecné pojetí nákladů a způsoby vyjádření a ocenění nákladů v manažerském účetnictví. Třetí část charakterizuje požadavky na sledování environmentálních nákladů a výnosů pro potřeby rozhodování managementu. Poslední kapitola prakticky řeší odkanalizování obce Světlá pod Ještědem. Dále se podrobně zabývá původními návrhy řešení, vypracovaným projektem odkanalizování tří částí obce určeným k realizaci a studií na odkanalizování zbývajících částí.cs
