dc.description.abstract	Tato diplomová práce je zaměřena na problematiku strategického řízení firmy s přihlédnutím a přizpůsobením se situaci ve světě. V teoretické části diplomové práce jsou shrnuty principy strategického řízení, metody, které pomohou vybrat vhodnou strategii, a analýza prostředí podniku. V praktické části je představena společnost, které se tato problematika týká. Cílem práce bylo zhodnotit strategické chování firmy, zhodnotit strategie, které se firma rozhodla aplikovat s ohledem na situaci ve světě, a navrhnout určitá doporučení.	cs
dc.description.abstract	This diploma thesis is focused on issues of strategic activities of a company related to the current situation in the world. The theoretical part of the thesis summarizes the strategic management principles, methods to help with choosing appropriate strategies, and the company environment analysis. The practical part of the thesis is presenting the company to which the investigation of this issue is related. The goals of the thesis were to evaluate the strategic behavior of the company, assess the strategies that the company applied, concerning the current situation in the world, and then propose specific recommendations.	en
