dc.description.abstract	Tato práce se zabývá problematikou bezpečnosti práce a ochrany zdraví v oblasti údržby. Cílem je poskytnout komplexní pohled na tuto oblast. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí: teoretické a praktické. V teoretické části jsou definovány pojmy jako bezpečnost práce, údržba, environment, legislativa, způsoby analýzy rizik a metodika. Praktická část obsahuje stručnou charakteristiku organizace, analýzu bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví při práci v údržbě a obecně. Součástí práce je také zhodnocení a doporučení pro další rozvoj.	cs
dc.description.abstract	This thesis addresses the issues of occupational safety and health protection in maintenance. The aim is to provide a comprehensive view of this area. The thesis is divided into two parts: theoretical and practical. The theoretical part defines concepts such as occupational safety, maintenance, environment, legislation, risk analysis methods, and methodology. The practical part includes a brief characterization of the organisation and an analysis of safety and health protection at work in maintenance. The thesis also includes an evaluation and recommendations for further development.	en
