Abstract
Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou psychosociálního třídního klimatu. Zaměřuje se na praktické aktivity, které pozitivně rozvíjejí psychosociální klima na 1. stupni základní školy. Aktivity jsou určené žákům mladšího školního věku.
Diplomová práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část vymezuje základní pojmy vztahující se k danému tématu. Cílem praktické části je navrhnout, popsat, zrealizovat a vyhodnotit
aktivity, které podporují oblast spolupráce, důvěry, tolerance, přátelství, rozvíjí emoce, empatii a sounáležitost. Aktivity jsou uplatnitelné v praxi.
Diplomová práce je uzavřena vyhodnocením získaných poznatků.
The diploma thesis deals with the issue of the psychosocial classroom climate. It focuses on practical activities that positively develop the psychosocial climate in the 1st grade of elementary school. The activities are intended for pupils of younger school age. The diploma thesis is divided into a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part defines the basic concepts related to the given topic. The aim of the practical part is to design, describe, implement and evaluate activities that support cooperation, trust, tolerance, friendship, emotions development, empathy and belonging. The activities are applicable in practice. The diploma thesis is concluded by the evaluation of the acquired knowledge.
