Abstract
Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na oblast týkající se výkonu trestu odnětí svobody a to zejména na specifické skupiny odsouzených, kteří jsou umístěni na specia-lizovaných odděleních. V této práci jsou popsány programy zacházení se specifickými skupinami odsouzených a metody, které jsou při práci s nimi uplatňovány.V práci je také popsána práce odborných pracovníků ve věznici a jejich účasti na programech zacházení. V práci byla popsána jednotlivá specializovaná oddělení ve vý-konu trestu odnětí svobody, které jsou v České republice zřízena. Podrobněji autorka v této práci popisuje Specializované oddělení Vazební věznice Liberec pro odsouzené s poruchou duševní a poruchou chování.Práce byla složena z části teoretické, kde byly popsány základní pojmy a sezna-muje čtenáře s problematikou vězeňství. Praktická část je zaměřena na specializované oddělení Vazební věznice Liberec pro odsouzené s poruchou duševní a poruchou cho-vání. Nabízí porovnání pohledů odborných pracovníků a vězňů na aktivity, které jsou součástí programu zacházení a na přínos, které tyto aktivity budou mít po propuštění na svobodu.
This baccalaureat work is focused on the area of custody and the prison sentence of the specific groups of sentenced prisoners, who are located in Specialized Depart-ments of the Prison. This work describes programs of treatments and handling of speci-fic groups of convicted persons placed in Specialized Departments, and methods which are used in those treatments. The work also identifies work of specialized workers in the prison and their part in those treatment programs and activities for prisoners. Each Specialized Department of Custody and the Prison Sentence established in the Czech Republic are listed. The author is giving in detail description of Specialized Departments of Liberec Remand Prison in Liberec which is Organization Unit of the Prison Service of the Czech Repub-lic for convicts with mental disorders and behavioral dysfunctions. The work consists of theoretical part describing basic terms and is introducing readers to the subject of State Prison Services. Practical part is directing its attention to Specialized Departments of Liberec Remand Prison for sentenced with mental disorders and behavioral dysfunctions. It offers comparison of views of specialized workers and prisoners at the activities, which are part of the program of treatments and handling of-fenders and about their advantages for the prisoners after their discharge.
