Abstract
Hlavním cílem bakalářské práce je vytvoření multimediálního metodického materiálu pro travní lyžování. Multimediální materiál obsahuje pět výukových videí a jedno úvodní, motivační video. Celková stopáž všech šesti videí je deset minut a třicet osm vteřin. Jednotlivá videa nepřesahují tři minuty, je kladen důraz na stručnost, věcnost a popisnost. Videa seznamují s cviky pro zvládnutí rovnováhy v botách, návykovými cviky, přímou jízdou, jízdou šikmo svahem a oblouky. Materiál, je doplněn o podrobnější popis metodiky v textové formě práce. Mezi dílčí úkoly patří vytvoření vlastního metodického postupu, který je prezentován ve videích stručnou formou. Cviky se odvíjí od dílčích etap učebního plánu, tzn. každá etapa má své specifické cviky, různé obtížnosti. Snahou autora je možnost využití multimediálního materiálu v tréninkových procesech a na oficiálních stránkách svazu travního lyžování.
The main goal of the bachelor thesis is to create a multimedia methodological material for grass skiing. At the basic/primary phase, which includes mastering the connection of one curve to another, and thus the ability to safely handle free riding on a slope. The multimedia material is summarized in a script for five instructional videos and one introductory, motivational video. The total footage of all six videos is ten minutes and thirty-eight seconds long. Individual videos do not exceed three minutes, there is the emphasis on brevity, objectivity and descriptiveness. The videos introduce the followers how to cope with balance exercises in shoes, addictive exercises, straight rides, oblique rides on the slopes and curves. The video material is supplemented by more detailed description of the methodology in the text form of this work. Part of the task is to create own methodological procedure, which is presented briefly in videos. The exercises are based on the partial stages of the curriculum, ie. each stage has its own specific exercises, of different difficulties. The author's ambitious sub-goal is the potential of possibility to further use multimedia material on the official grass skiing website.
