dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou uplatňování prvků environmentálního managementu v ubytovacích zařízeních ve vybraném regionu. Konkrétně se práce zaměřuje na dílčí uplatňované prvky v regionu Český ráj. V první, teoretické části práce jsou objasněna teoretická východiska pojmů jako environmentální ubytovací zařízení, klasifikace a certifikace. Dále se teoretická část zabývá environmentálním managementem, jeho uplatňovanými prvky a jeho výhodami a nevýhodami. Cílem bakalářské práce je zhodnocení uplatňovaných prvků environmentálního managementu ubytovacími zařízeními v regionu Český ráj. Výzkum je uskutečněn prostřednictvím anonymního dotazníkového šetření v elektronické podobě. Získané výsledky z dotazníkového šetření jsou uvedeny v praktické části této práce. V závěru práce jsou výsledky výzkumu uplatňovaných prvků environmentálního managementu v regionu Český ráj shrnuty a zhodnoceny.	cs
dc.description.abstract	This bachelor thesis deals with the application elements of green management at accommodation facilities in a selected region. Specifically, the thesis is focused on the individual elements applied in the region of the Bohemian Paradise. The first theoretical part of the thesis clarifies the theoretical basis of concepts such as environmental accommodation facilities, classification, and certification. Furthermore, the theoretical part deals with green management, its applied elements and its advantages and disadvantages. The aim of the bachelor thesis is to evaluate the application of various green management elements and measures in the selected accommodation facilities in the region of the Bohemian Paradise. The research is carried out through an anonymous questionnaire survey in electronic form. The results obtained from the questionnaire survey are given in the practical part of this work. The research of green management elements applied in the region of the Bohemian Paradise is summarized and evaluated at the end of the bachelor thesis.	en
