dc.description.abstractThe bachelor's thesis addressed the issue of social orientation of an individual suffering from schizophrenic disorder. The aim of the thesis was to carefully evaluate the situation of a family taking care of their schizophrenic relative and also the quality of social services provided for them. The theoretical part investigates the topics of health and illness, the conception of schizophrenia and the characterization of a person afflicted with schizophrenia. The practical part explored the living conditions of an affected family, the perception of family members, key events in their lives, opportunities, risks and lack of social care. Conversations with a client, his mother and an analysis of the client's documentation and correspondence served as the basis for our work. The findings were also based upon the analysis of statistical data and dialogue with psychiatric-psychological specialists. The problem was presented on two case studies. At the conclusion it was stated that the subsequent care services available to schizophrenic clients are insufficient.en
dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce se zabývala problematikou sociální orientace jedince trpícího schizofrenní poruchou. Cílem práce bylo komplexně zhodnotit situaci rodiny, která pečuje o člena postiženého schizofrenií, a kvalitusociálních služeb poskytovaným těmto jedincům. Teoretická část se opírala o pojmy zdraví a nemoc, pojem schizofrenie a charakteristiku zdravotně postiženého jedince s diagnózou schizofrenie. Praktická část zjišťovala podmínky rodinného prostředí, její percepci hlavních životních událostí, možnosti sociální pomoci, nedostatky a rizika. Bylo vycházeno z rozhovorů s klientem, s jeho matkou, z analýzy dokumentace a dopisů klienta. Zjištění se opírala také o analýzu statistických dat a o rozhovory s odbornými psychiatricko-psychologickými pracovníky. Problematika byla přiblížena dvěma kazuistikami. V závěru práce je poukázáno na nedostačující služby následné péče.cs
