Abstract
Cílem diplomové práce je analýza a nalezení možných doporučení pro stálé zlepšování současného fungujícího systému managementu jakosti společnosti ELMOS LIBEREC s.r.o.. V úvodu je popsáno zaměření práce a charakteristika společnosti. Druhá kapitola popisuje uplatnění souboru norem ISO 9000.Ve třetí kapitole je popsána analýza současného stavu systému. Čtvrtá kapitola se zabývá případovou studií, která formou interních auditů hodnotí systém jakosti ve společnosti ELMOS LIBEREC s.r.o.. Hodnocení obsahuje ucelené řešení kapitol Odpovědnost managementu a Realizace produktu dle normy ČSN EN ISO 9001:2001. Poslední kapitola představuje, ekonomické zhodnocení, doporučení a závěr diplomové práce.
The aim of my diploma thesis is to analyze and find possible recommendations for continuous improvement of the functional quality management system in the company ELMOS LIBEREC, Ltd. . At the beginning of the thesis we can find its focus and the company´s characteristics. The second chapter describes the application of the ISO norms 9000 in reality. In the third chapter, the analysis of the current system is described. The 4th chapter deals with a case study which evaluates the quality system in the company ELMOS LIBEREC, Ltd. by means of internal audits. The evaluation contains the complex solution of the chapters The Management responsibility and The Implementation of the product according to the norm ČSN EN ISO 9001:2001. The last chapter represents economic evaluation, recommendations and the end of the diploma thesis.
