Abstract
Bakalářská práce s názvem Konkurenceschopnost výrobního podniku se zaměřuje na zhodnocení konkurenceschopnosti společnosti Valdemar Grešík - Natura s. r. o. Hlavním cílem práce je zanalyzovat schopnost tohoto podniku konkurovat a na základě výsledků jednotlivých analýz navrhnout vhodnou strategii pro posílení konkurenceschopnosti. Struktura práce je rozdělena do dvou částí, a to na teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část se věnuje definici klíčových pojmů, jako jsou konkurenceschopnost, konkurence, konkurenční výhoda, vybrané metody situační analýzy a růstové strategie. Praktická část se zaměřuje na charakteristiku vybraného výrobního podniku a následně prostřednictvím jednotlivých metod situační analýzy hodnotí jeho konkurenceschopnost. Na základě provedených analýz je v závěru práce navržena růstová strategie doplněná o konkrétní doporučení, jejichž cílem je zvýšit schopnost podniku konkurovat a posílit jeho pozici na trhu.
The bachelor thesis entitled Competitiveness of the manufacturing company deals with the evaluation of the competitiveness of Valdemar Grešík - Natura s. r. o. The main objective of the thesis is to analyse the ability of this enterprise to compete and based on the results of individual analyses to propose an suitable strategy to increase its competitiveness. The structure of the thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part is devoted to the definition of key concepts such as competitiveness, competition, competitive advantage, selected methods of situational analysis and growth strategies. The practical part focuses on the characteristics of the selected manufacturing enterprise and then evaluates its competitiveness through the individual methods of situational analysis. Based on the analyses, the thesis concludes by proposing a growth strategy complemented by specific recommendations aimed at increasing the company's ability to compete and strengthening its market position.
