Abstract
Bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem sociální práce s jedinci se sníženou komunikační schopností v důsledku snížení rozumových schopností.Teoretická část bakalářské práce se opírá o dosavadní poznatky, které byly k dané problematice publikovány v odborné literatuře. Vysvětluje problematiku narušené komunikační schopnosti v souvislosti s mentální retardací a jejího možného dopadu na vývoj osobnosti člověka. Ozřejmuje specifika sociální práce s jedinci se sníženými rozumovými schopnostmi a mapuje sociální služby, které tyto osoby nejčastěji využívají. Empirická část bakalářské práce ověřuje, zda je možné v sociální práci s jedinci s narušenou komunikační schopností v důsledku snížených rozumových schopností reálně zmapovat jejich životní situaci pomocí specializovaného dotazníku. Speciálně upravený dotazník pro klienty se sníženou komunikační schopností by mohl významnou měrou pomoci identifikovat potřeby všech klientů, kteří v důsledku zdravotního postižení nejsou schopni definovat svoje potřeby, a tím definovat svoji zakázku vzhledem ke své životní sociální situaci.
This Bachelor thesis deals with the topic of social work with individuals, suffering from lowered communicative skills as a result of reduced intellectual powers. Theoretical part is based on current knowledge of these issues published in professional literature. It explains the problems of disturbed communicative skills in connection with mental retardation and its influence on personal development of the individual. It explains specifics of social work with individuals suffering from lowered communicative skills and maps social services which are used by these people.Empirical part of this Bachelor thesis checks whether it is possible to use a specialized questionnaire to map the state of living of people suffering from lowered communicative skills as a result of reduced intellectual powers. A modified questionnaire for clients with lowered communicative skills could significantly help to identify the needs of all clients who because of their handicap- cannot define their needs and help to define their orders considering their social life situation.
