dc.description.abstractCílem práce je kriticky porovnat aspekty přeshraniční spolupráce v obou regionech, které leží na území více států. Díky těmto faktům je zde uskutečňována spolupráce několika místních institucí, které mají za úkol povznést celkovou úroveň regionu. Regiony, které tímto způsobem spolupracují, by se měly nejen hospodářsky rozvíjet, ale také úspěšně vytvářet pomyslný euroregion. V oblastech, jak belgicko-německo-nizozemských hranic tak i česko-polsko-německých hranic, docházelo v minulosti k několika územním a politickým změnám, které poznamenaly pozdější ráz prostředí. Práce bude zaměřena na vysvětlení aspektů spolupráce místních aktérů a popis vývoje spolupráce v těchto regionech. Důležitou částí práce bude rovněž zkoumání, zda-li euroregiony plní efektivně svou funkci. V práci budou využity zkušenosti a informace získané teoretickou i praktickou činností přímo v místech působnosti regionů.cs
dc.description.abstractThe aim of this thesis is to critically compare the aspects of cross-border cooperation in both regions which lie on the territory of several countries. Thanks to these facts, several local institutions are working together to raise the overall quality of life of the region. Regions that cooperate in this way should not only develop economically, but also create an imaginary Euroregion. In the areas of both the Belgian-German-Dutch border and the Czech-Polish-German border, there have been several territorial and political changes in the past that have marked the later state of the environment. The work will be focused on explaining the aspects of cooperation of local actors, and description of the development of cooperation in these regions. A significant part of the work will also be an examination of whether the euroregions work effectively. The work will use the experience and information obtained by theoretical and practical activities carried out directly in the place of survey.en
