| dc.description.abstract | This bachelor work is focused on questions of an emotional intelligence. Its influence on efficiency, prosperity and teaching is mentioned and a meaning of emotional integration is evaluated as well. Different parts of EQ are described briefly. More particular view on self-motivation is followed; in duding important fields and needs, which influence it. In practical part of this work there's an revaluation of relation between the self-motivation and a self-determination of students and their success based on a research. In the research some methods like non-standardized tests of emotional intelligence and Questionnaire of self-determination of students and their success, were used. This research has been done at Střední průmyslové škole textilní in Liberec in two classes. The age of tested students is approximately 15 years. In contusion, a direct reliance between successful study and self-motivation is very weak. | en |
| dc.description.abstract | Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou emoční inteligence. Uveden je její vliv na úspěšnost i učení, zhodnocen je její význam. Stručně jsou popsány jednotlivé složky EQ. Následuje podrobnější náhled na sebemotivaci včetně klíčových oblastí a potřeb, které ji ovlivňují. V praktické části práce je zhodnocen vztah sebemotivace a sebepojetí školní úspěšnosti žáků na základě výzkumu použitím metod: nestandardizované testy emoční inteligence a Dotazník sebepojetí školní úspěšnosti žáků. Výzkum probíhal na Střední průmyslové škole textilní v Liberci ve dvou třídách u patnáctiletých žáků prvního ročníku. Byla zjištěna slabá přímá závislost školní úspěšnosti na sebemotivaci. | cs |
