dc.description.abstractThis thesis is focused on the analysis of information needs and the implementation of information support in a small regional company Bakchus aktivity s.r.o., providing services in the field of sports and leisure time activities at Vranov dam. The theoretical part deals with knowledge of the importance of computer science in business management process, defines the concept of information system and focuses on the description of business information systems. The practical part concentrates on description and analysis of existing business processes and the information security at Bakchus aktivity s.r.o. Based on the analysis of the current situation of the company and market research. There are outlined possible realizations of the key changes in the business processes. The aim of this thesis is to design the most appropriate type of information support for the company Bakchus aktivity s.r.o. Integral part of the design is procedural and economic evaluation of the implementation process with regard to potential risks.en
dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce je zaměřena na analýzu informačních potřeb a zavedení informační podpory do konkrétní malé regionální firmy Bakchus aktivity s.r.o. poskytující služby v oblasti sportu a využití volného času na Vranovské přehradě. Teoretická část se zabývá poznatky o významu informatiky v procesu řízení podniku, vymezuje pojem informační systém a zaměřuje se na popis druhů celopodnikových aplikací informačních systémů. Praktická část je zaměřena na popis a analýzu stávajících firemních procesů a jejich informačního zabezpečení ve společnosti Bakchus aktivity s.r.o. Na základě analýzy stávajícího stavu firmy a marketingového průzkumu formou dotazování jsou nastíněny možnosti realizace klíčových změn podnikových procesů. Výsledkem této diplomové práce je návrh nejvhodnějšího typu informační podpory pro firmu Bakchus aktivity s.r.o., jehož nedílnou součástí je i procesní a ekonomické zhodnocení celého procesu implementace s přihlédnutím na možná rizika.cs
