Abstract
Tato diplomová práce je zaměřena na srovnání operačních programů určených na podporu malých a středních podniků v programovém období 2007 2013 a 2014 2020 v České a Slovenské republice. V první kapitole jsou vysvětleny některé základní pojmy a definice mikro, malého a středního podniku. V druhé kapitole jsou představeny formy podpory MSP a vybrané dotační programy. Práce pokračuje charakteristikou malého a středního podnikání v České republice a na Slovensku a představením vybraných krajů. Ve čtvrté kapitole je provedena analýza úspěšných žadatelů a příkladů vybraných projektů a provedena komparace programů i výsledků provedené analýzy. Cílem práce je srovnání dotačních programů a potvrzení nebo vyvrácení výzkumných předpokladů stanovených v jejím úvodu. Z provedeného srovnání vyplynulo, že se programy liší v počtu a zaměření některých prioritních os. Všem programům je společná podpora výzkumu, vývoje, inovací, konkurenceschopnosti a rozvoje MSP. Dále bylo zjištěno, že podmínky pro získání dotace jsou v obou zemích velmi podobné a že ve výši podpory na podobné projekty může být zásadní rozdíl.
This thesis called The support for the small and medium-sized enterprises in the Czech Republic and Slovakia focuses on a comparison of operational programs designed to support of small and medium-sized enterprises in the programming period 2007 - 2013 and 2014 2020 in the Czech and the Slovak Republic. The first chapter explains some basic concepts and definition of micro and small and medium-sized enterprises. The second chapter presents the forms of support for SMEs and selected grant programs. Thesis continues with the characteristics of small and medium-sized enterprises in the Czech Republic and Slovakia and the introduction of the selected regions. In the fourth chapter is the analysis of successful applicants and examples of selected projects and carried out the comparison of programs and results of the conducted analysis. The aim of the work is the comparison of the subsidy programs, and confirmation or refutation of research assumptions laid down in its introduction. The comparison showed that the programs differ in the quantity and focus of some of the priority axes. For all the programs is joint the support for research, development, innovation, competitiveness and development of SMEs. Furthermore, it was found that the conditions for obtaining subsidies are very similar in both countries, and that in the amount of aid on similar projects may be the crucial difference.
