dc.description.abstract	Cílem diplomové práce je zjistit, zda a do jaké míry mohou mít kulturní a sociální specifika vliv na fúzi daných společností i přesto, že se jedná o společnosti ze zemí Evropy, které jsou si historicky i geograficky velmi blízko. Prostřednictvím této práce bude analyzován průběh akvizice a následné vyústění ve fúzi a analýza překážek nebo neshod, které nastaly nebo by mohly nastat. První část práce se zabývá teoretickou definicí kulturních a sociálních specifik daných států, dále se definuje fúze a akvizice, jejich příčiny a průběh, SWOT analýza, přímé zahraniční investice a závěrem je čtenář seznámen s historií fúzujících společností. Druhá část se zabývá názornou implementací teoretických konceptů definovaných v první části této práce. Poslední část se zabývá investiční spoluprací České republiky a Francie prostřednictvím příkladu konkrétních společností a podrobným průběhem fúze těchto firem. Závěrem se zjišťuje, jak velkou bariérou jsou kulturní a sociální specifika ve spolupráci podniků z relativně blízkých evropských kultur a jaké mohou v průběhu fúze nastat problémy nebo komplikace.	cs
dc.description.abstract	The aim of this master thesis is to find out whether and to what extent cultural and social specifics can have an impact on the merger of the companies in question, despite the fact that they are companies from two European countries with a very similar historical and geographical background. This thesis will also identify the course of the acquisition and the consequent outcome of the merger and the analysis of obstacles or disagreements that might arise. The first part of the thesis deals with the theoretical definition of cultural and social specifics of particular countries, further it defines mergers and acquisitions, their causes and course, SWOT analysis, foreign direct investment and finally the reader is acquainted with the history of the two merging companies. The second part deals with the implementation of the theoretical concepts obtained from the first part of this thesis. The last part deals with the investment cooperation of the Czech Republic and France through specific companies and the detailed course of the merger of these firms. Finally, it is examined to what extent the cultural and social specificities hinder the cooperation of companies from such close cultures and what risks or obstacles may arise during the merger.	en
