dc.description.abstract	Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na analýzu produktů s obsahem ašvagandy. První část práce se zabývá jednou z orientálních medicín, konkrétně ájurvédou. Druhá část popisuje vitánii snodárnou (Withania somnifera) neboli ašvagandu a její účinky na organismus. Experimentální část práce popisuje analyzované produkty, použitou metodologii a interpretuje získané výsledky. Vybrané produkty byly analyzovány přístrojem PerkinElmer Optical Emission Spectrometer Optima 5300 DV, který změřil množství různých kovů v produktech. Analýza na přístroji AMA 254 změřila množství rtuti obsažené v produktech. Mikrobiální čistota produktů byla zjištěna pomocí počítání CFU na agarových půdách. Produkty, které porušily normu, byly podrobeny testu na koliformní bakterie.	cs
dc.description.abstract	This bachelor thesis focuses on the analysis of products containing ashwagandha. The first part of the thesis deals with one of the oriental medicines, specifically Ayurveda. The second part describes the herb Withania somnifera, also known as ashwagandha, and its effects on the body. The experimental part of the thesis outlines the analyzed products, the methodology used, and interprets the obtained results. The selected products were analyzed using the PerkinElmer Optical Emission Spectrometer Optima 5300 DV, which measured the amount of various metals in the products. The AMA 254 device was used to measure the mercury content in the products. The microbial purity of the products was determined by counting CFU on agar plates. Products that did not meet the standard were subjected to a test for coliform bacteria.	en
