Abstract
Diplomová práce se zabývá studiem kolorimetrických parametrů fotochromních pigmentů, zejména jejich světlostálostí. Jedná se o pigmenty Photopia Purpur a Photopia Blue. Je vyhodnocena odezva fotochromního materiálu při expozici UV záření a následné relaxaci. Práce je doplněna o vyhodnocení reprodukovatelnosti měření a prokázání vlivu teploty na kolorimetrické parametry fotochromní reakce. V teoretické části diplomové práce byly shrnuty poznatky z oblasti fotochromismu, včetně fotochromních barviv a aplikací. Část byla věnována také problematice smart materiálů. Dále je uveden přehled z oblasti kolorimetrie, kolorimetrického popisu barev pomocí barevného prostoru CIE L*a*b* a spektrofotometrie. V experimentální části byla popsána příprava vzorků, dále byl prokázán vliv teploty na fotochromní reakci. Za zvolené teploty 22 ˚C v okolí vzorku byla vyhodnocena reprodukovatelnost měření. Větší část experimentu je věnována ověřování světlostálosti fotochromních textilií. Po zatížení přístrojem UV-CON Accelerated Weathering Tester a po cyklickém namáhání na spektrofotometru Fotochrom 2 bylo sledováno zbytkové zabarvení pigmentu a vyhodnocen dopad této změny pigmentu na odezvu fotochromního materiálu. Na závěr byla ověřena vhodnost vybraných fotochromních textilií jako senzorického systému a navržen další postup studie.
The thesis is oriented to study of colorimetric parameters of photochromic pigments, especially their light permanency. It is going on pigment Photopia Purpur and pigment Photopia Blue. The photochromic fabric response to UV radiation during exposition and relaxation is evaluated. The thesis is supplied of reproducibility of measuring and demonstration of effect of temperature on colorimetric parameters of photochromic reaction. The information about photochromism was summarized in theoretical part of thesis including information about photochromic dyestuff and their applications. One part was oriented to smart materials, furthermore colorimetry, description of chromaticity by color space CIE and spectrophotometry overview. Making preparation of textile samples was described in experimental part. The next was demonstrated influence of temperature to photochromic reaction. The reproducibility of measuring was evaluated under defined temperature 22 ˚C. Large part of thesis is about proving light permanency of photochromic textiles. The residual coloration of pigment was observed after load of material by UV-CON Accelerated Weathering Tester and the other after cyclical load by spectrophotometer Fotochrom 2. And this change impact on photochromic material response was evaluated. In last part was checked the suitability of determinate photochromic textiles as a sensoric system. Also there was suggested next progress study of this topic.
