dc.description.abstractÚzemí Střekova v Ústí nad Labem mezi bývalými Kramoly a Novosedlicemi bylo na konci 19. století a následujících desetiletích razantně přetvořeno se vznikající tovární výrobou. Významným průmyslovým komplexem byla Schichtova továrna, pozdější SETUZA. V dnešní době, kdy z těchto míst průmysl pomalu odchází, se stává spíše brownfieldem uprostřed obytné čtvrti. Místem kudy se jen prochází a nezastavuje se. V následujících letech je územím plánované vedení vysokorychlostní trati Praha-Drážďany, tudíž je transformace čtvrti nevyhnutelná. Bakalářská práce si klade za cíl vytvořit koncept nového urbanistického rozvoje vybraného území. Jeho oživení a přeměnu, propojení s okolní zástavbou, respektovat její měřítka. Práce počítá s existencí vysokorychlostní trati, kterou začleňuje a vědomě s ní pracuje, aby se nestala dalším tmavým místem ve městě.cs
dc.description.abstractThe area of Střekov in Ústí nad Labem, located between the former Kramoly and Novosedlice, underwent significant transformation at the end of the 19th century and in the subsequent decades due to the emerging industrial production. A notable industrial complex was the Schicht Factory, later known as SETUZA. Nowadays, as industry gradually departs from these areas, it becomes more of a brownfield amidst a residential quarter - a place where people merely pass through without stopping. In the coming years, the area is planned for the construction of the high-speed railway line between Prague and Dresden, making the transformation of the quarter inevitable. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to create a concept for the new urban development of the selected area, revitalizing it and connecting it with the surrounding urban fabric while respecting its scale. The thesis takes into account the existence of the high-speed railway line and consciously integrates it, aiming to prevent it from becoming another dark spot in the city.en
