Abstract
Bakalářská práce se zabývala rozšířeným problémem dnešní doby tedy užíváním návykových látek a jejich vlivem na páchání trestné činnosti. Práce se skládala z teoretické a praktické části.Teoretická část vysvětlila pojem závislost, rozdělila návykové látky na alkohol a omamné a psychotropní látky, u jednotlivých druhů bylo pojednáváno o jejich škodlivosti a vlivu na zdraví jedince. Dále se věnovala druhům trestné činnosti (majetková, násilná), která byla páchána jedinci užívajícími návykové látky.Praktická část se zabývala výsledky šetření prováděné pomocí explorativní metody empirického průzkumu v terapeutické komunitě Teen Challenge, ve kterém byl zkoumán vliv návykových látek na páchání trestné činnosti. V závěru práce se objevuje shrnutí zkoumaných výsledků a mimo jiné lze v práci nalézt také navrhovaná opatření.
Bachelor's thesis dealt with the widespread problem of our time the use of addictive substances and their impact on crime. Work consisted of theoretical and practical parts.The theoretical part explain the concept of addiction, addictive substances divided into alcohol and narcotic and psychotropic substances for each species was discussed about their risks and the impact on the health of individuals. Furthermore devoted to types of crime (property, violent), which was committed by an individual drug users.The practical part deals with the results of the investigation carried out by using explorative methods of empirical research in the therapeutic community Teen Challenge, which has studied the influence of drugs on crime. In conclusion, it appears a summary of research results, among other things, the work can be found also proposed measures.
